As the Sales Director at Empiria Group, you will lead the overall sales strategy and operations across Empiria Group’s portfolio of properties, with the objective of maximizing revenue and market share across all business verticals, including rooms, events and leisure facilities. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in luxury hospitality sales, a strong network within the travel trade and corporate markets, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious goals within a dynamic hospitality organization.

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees all departmental operations, ensuring the flawless execution of housekeeping services, the attainment of strategic objectives, and the consistent delivery of an elevated luxury guest experience.

Housekeeping

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. The role leads daily housekeeping operations, optimizes workforce planning, supports training and performance management, and ensures full compliance with brand standards, ISO procedures, and hotel policies. The position works in close coordination with Front Office and Maintenance teams and contributes to departmental budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Barista / Bartender prepares and serves high-quality beverages while delivering friendly, personalized service. It maintains a clean, organized bar and café, handles POS transactions, supports smooth service with the hotel team, and promotes signature offerings—all while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

Storage Assistant supports the efficient flow of products and stock throughout the warehouse and is responsible for receiving and dispatching goods to and from the facility.

The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading the creation, preparation, and presentation of all pastries and desserts, ensuring consistent quality and excellence. The role involves staying up to date with industry trends, developing new and innovative products, and delivering exceptional pastry experiences for hotel guests.

Kitchen

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all payments for the Group, including vendor payments, government obligations, payroll-related payments, and employee expense reimbursements. The role supports the Finance Department by ensuring compliance with internal controls, maintaining organized and reliable financial records, and contributing to smooth month-end closing procedures, including bank account reconciliations. In addition, the position supports the accounting cycle of the Group’s entities that fall under the B-Class Accounting Books framework. The role is responsible for preparing, compiling, and reconciling all required financial information and documentation for these entities, without holding independent accounting or statutory responsibility. All work is reviewed by the Assistant Finance Manager and validated by the Senior Finance Manager, who retains final accountability for approvals and regulatory filings.
