The Maintenance Supervisor is not only responsible for managing maintenance, energy efficiency, and safety across all hotel facilities but is also expected to actively participate in the daily technical operations. This is a hands-on role, where the successful candidate will work alongside the maintenance team, performing, supervising, and troubleshooting a wide range of technical tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable being both in the field and in a supervisory position, leading by example and ensuring that all technical aspects of the properties are running smoothly.
