Empiria Group has released its 2025 Impact Report, now available to read here. The report highlights another year of measurable progress across it’s Social, Environmental and Cultural Impact pillars and reaffirms its commitment to conscious, responsible, and human-centered model of hospitality.

This year's edition follows the evolution of our Impact Framework, through the initiatives, partnerships, and outcomes that shaped 2025. Rooted in transparency and accountability, the report reflects how our purpose continues to shape every aspect of our business, from caring for our people and local communities to protecting natural resources and celebrating Greece's cultural heritage.

Throughout 2025, we strengthened our commitment to creating lasting positive impact across the destinations where we operate. From supporting vulnerable communities and investing in employee wellbeing to reducing our environmental footprint and preserving cultural heritage, every initiative reflects our belief that hospitality should leave a place better than it found it.

Highlights from the 2025 Impact Report include:

• Social Impact: Contributed more than €24,500 in-kind to Mexoxo's women's empowerment bootcamp, donated €10,000 to the Milos Health Center for a new ambulance, and continued our long-standing support of Friends of the Child and The Love Van.

‍

• Environmental Impact: Achieved a 76% reduction in plastic water bottle use since 2022, a 7.81% reduction in energy consumption, and continued to source 9 out of 10 food and beverage products from Greek suppliers across our Santorini and Paros properties.

• Cultural Impact: Continued our support of initiatives that safeguard Cycladic heritage, including Kykladitisses, The Cycladic Identity, and BCK Clay Commons, reinforcing our commitment to preserving Greece's living cultural traditions.
