Empiria Group presents Symphony of Flavors, a series of exclusive dining experiences at Lure Restaurant, located at  Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Santorini. Throughout the season guests are invited to discover Santorini’s renowned wine heritage through curated evenings that bring together exceptional local wineries and the refined Mediterranean cuisine of Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou.

Perched above the Caldera, Lure Restaurant reflects a dialogue between the Cyclades and the wider Mediterranean, where exceptional ingredients, simplicity, and a connection to the surrounding landscape define the dining experience. Under the culinary direction of Yiannis Kioroglou, each menu celebrates exceptional seasonal ingredients with clarity, balance and intention, creating the perfect setting for thoughtfully paired Santorini wines.
